Design, manufacture and supply of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Coded Tanks Under third party inspection. Tailor made equipments as per customer's specification and spares for Steel, Fertilizer, Power and Cement Plants.

- Total Area of Workshop : 10,000 sq. m.

DESIGN & DRAWING OFFICE
- Various codes like IS:2825-69, ASME Section VIII, Div I, PD : 5500 TEMA Sec. 5 & 6 of 1959 along with drafting equipments are available for design of Pressure Vessels, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers & other equipment.
MATERIAL PREPARATION & FABRICATION
- CNC Plasma cum Oxy - Acetylene Automatic Cutting M/C, Oxy - Acetylene Automatic Pug Cutting, Air Plasma Cutting Machine, Hydraulic Press (500 T), Press Brake, Haeusler Make Fully Automated CNC Plate Bending Machine upto 40 mm thick etc., are available.
WELDING
- Welding DC Generators, TIG, MIG and Automatic Submerged Arc Welding with Column & boom and job manipulators are available.
POST WELD HEAT TREATMENT / STRESS RELIEVING
- Modular oil-fired furnace with automatic temperature recorder for job size upto 4 m x 4 m x 20 m size (approx. 100 T job weight) is available in house. For heat treatment of Rolling Stock Wheels, Crane Wheels etc., a Rim Quenching Machine with Furnace is available.
MACHINE SHOP
- Horizontal Boring Machines, Vertical Turning Lathe, Lathes, Shaper, Universal Milling, Side Planer, Plano-miller, Radial Drills etc. are available.
